The Cycling Stars of Tomorrow

The EuroEyes Youngclassics took place from the 17th to the 19th of August in 2018, which was the twelth time to kick off the EuroEyes Cyclassics. A total of 23 teams with six drivers started in 2018. In addition to the twelve teams from Germany international teams from the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg and Turkey attended the race.

The EuroEyes Youngclassics have become to one of the most important youth tours of the in Europe. Many former participants are pro riders nowadays in one of the 18 UCI WorldTeams such as German riders Pascal Ackermann (Team Bora hansgrohe), Nikias Arndt and Phil Bauhaus (both Team Sunweb), Nils Politt (Team Katusha Alpecin), Jasha Sütterlin (Movistar) or the Belgian Jasper Stuyven (Trek - Segafredo).
