Hamburg's pulse - your sprint!
Right in the heart of the city, where shopping, cafés and the hustle and bustle of the big city usually dominate, Mönckebergstraße will be transformed into a unique sprint arena for the next generation of licensed cyclists on Saturday, August 16, 2025.
The ADAC Cyclassics Battle is a new sprint tournament for young riders in the U13, U15 and U17 age groups.
Eight participants per heat sprint against each other on a 350-metre-long, closed-off city course - loud, fast and spectacular. The best four progress to the final races. The venue? Right on the finishing straight for the pros - where the WorldTour riders will be battling for victory the following day.

The Cyclassics Battle is aimed at all licensed young riders in the U13, U15 and U17 age groups. There will be separate rankings for boys and girls.

The race will be held as a sprint tournament over a distance of 350 meters
.Eight riders start in each heat, with the four fastest qualifying for the next round.
The tournament consists of quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals - a total of 42 races are planned.
The heats take place in rounds - first all quarter-finals, then all semi-finals, followed by the final races.
The races are not sorted by age category, but by tournament phase.
A race, including preparation, takes around three minutes
.In total, the event is scheduled to last around two hours.
The award ceremony for all categories will take place directly afterwards on the stage.
